Single or Double air compressors running alternatively for flexible usage
SWAN's exclusive patented body, completely oil-free structure design, greatly reduces the cost of the air purification system, and provides better air quality.
Using high-efficiency aluminum fin cooler and its own vane fan to dissipate heat, greatly reduce the temperature in the cabinet, so that the air compressor can run for a long time, more stable, and has a longer service life.
Air compressor can be remotely flexibly controlled, it’s designed more humanely; the smart automatic control will automatically adjust according to the usage. The control system has multiple protection functions; the control panel indicator will display the operation situation and the fault detection display can allow you to take protective actions in timely.
It can be single or dual air ends combination according to the air demand. Sturdy body structure and shock absorber configuration reduce vibration and noise during operation.
Generally, oil-free air compressors are with Oil-free structure, which still contains oil during operation, and it only has no oil in the compressed air; but the patented bare pump of SWAN oil-free air compressors is with Oil-less structure, which not only has no oil in the compressed air, but also has no need to add lubricating oil during operation, which can provide you with cleaner and oil-free compressed air.
The two machines can be operated alternately to avoid centralized operation of one single machine; thereby, increase the service life of the air compressor. It will also automatically adjust the number of running machines according to the actual air consumption, which not only ensures the machine to maintain the highest performance and efficiency at any time, but also makes the pumps run in a durable, safe and energy-saving condition.
